We want you to be happy with your purchase from Zylanica Tea!

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Here's a breakdown of our return policy:

Eligible Items:

Only unused items in their original packaging can be returned.

Ineligible Items:

We unfortunately cannot accept returns for sale or clearance items.

Return Process:

Request a Return Authorization: Contact us by email (zylanicateanz@gmail.com) or phone (027-4178-780) to initiate your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack Your Return Securely: Carefully repack the item(s) in its original packaging, ensuring it's secure for shipping.

Return Shipment: Ship the package back to us at the following address: Zylanica Tea 12 David Street Judea, Tauranga New Zealand Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
